One of the most important achievements reached in 2024 was the launch of our new entity in Sweden: AKC Nordic. This milestone represents a fundamental step in our expansion strategy in the Scandinavian market.
Milo Bertolutti, Business Developer of AKC Nordic, shared his reflections on this important milestone:
We are thrilled to take this decisive step to consolidate AKC’s presence in Scandinavia. Our bond with this region began well before the pandemic, with the first projects that laid the foundations for our growth. In 2022, we made the strategic decision to establish a permanent presence in this area. When I moved to Stockholm, I knew it would not be a temporary experience: both professionally and personally, I was determined to embrace Scandinavian culture over the long term. Looking at the results achieved over the past two years, I am more convinced than ever that it was the right choice.
While the birth of AKC Nordic is a significant milestone, I also see it as just the beginning of a journey. Today we work with around 10 clients across Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and our goal is to expand our portfolio organically and strategically. The partnership with Tagetik Nordic has proven invaluable along this path and will continue to play a key role in our future growth.
At AKC we are known for our methodical and patient approach, in which quality always comes first. Our focus is on building trust with clients over time, relying solely on the excellence of our solutions. Over the past two years, we have found that the cultural differences between Italy and Scandinavia are not so pronounced when it comes to implementing Tagetik projects. And we have also discovered that the Scandinavian winter is not so daunting after all: with the right clothing, it becomes a season to enjoy. When it snows, the city lights up and offers a unique charm, despite the long hours of darkness. Perhaps we adapted faster than expected, becoming more Nordic than we ever imagined at the start.
Finally, I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to this success: from our dedicated team here in Stockholm to our colleagues in Italy. A special thanks to our clients for their constant trust and to Tagetik Nordic for their invaluable collaboration.
